Joana Maffi has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Joana currently serves as Senior People Executive at Belvo since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as HR Coordinator - People Management & Recruitment at Chama the App - SHV Group from 2018 to 2021. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Sr Analyst at Conductor. From 2016 to 2017, they were an HR Consultant at M.C.M Serviços Médicos. From 2015 to 2016, they were an HR Coordinator at Photon Group, where they were responsible for the adjustments and structuring of the headquarters and new plants in Belo Horizonte (MG) and Palmas (TO). From 2014 to 2015, they were a Consultora de RH at VICE Media, Inc. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Senior Analyst of Human Resources at Voran Tecnologia.

Joana Maffi obtained their MBA in Gestão de Recursos Humanos from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi between 2014 and 2015. Joana then went on to obtain their Graduação in Odontologia from Universidade Metropolitana de Santos between 2003 and 2006. Currently, Joana is pursuing their degree in Psicologia from Universidade Paulista. Additionally, they have obtained a certification from Qulture.Rocks for the HR Rocks Remote Conference 2018.
