Brittany Brathwaite has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Brittany currently holds the position of Regional Labour Policy Lead at the Caribbean Employer's Confederation, where they are responsible for labor policy development in the region. Brittany is also serving as the Chief People and Development Strategist at the Montrose Group of Companies, focusing on human resources and organizational development. Previously, Brittany worked as a Principal Consultant at The Source Consultancy, providing HR and labor law advisory services across the Caribbean. Brittany also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Bitt, where they developed HR policies and programs for the entire company. Additionally, Brittany has experience as a tutor, technical writer, and consultant in the field of industrial relations and labor law. Brittany has worked with organizations such as the BIMAP Barbados Institute of Management & Productivity, Technical and Vocational Education and Training Council, and the Barbados Employers' Confederation. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant/Customer Service Representative at CIBC and as a Clerical Officer at The Barbados Statistical Service.

Brittany Brathwaite holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool. Brittany also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Labour and Employment Relations from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. Brittany has additional certifications in various subjects such as Macroeconomic and Sectoral Policies, Labour Law, Multinational Enterprises, and Business and Decent Work from institutions like ITCILO and International Training Centre of the ILO. Brittany also holds certifications in Curriculum Development, International Relations and Affairs, and Aptitude Testing from different organizations.
