Barry Nisill has extensive experience in the industrial coatings and repair composites industry. Barry started their career at Greenhey Engineering Services as a Mechanical Engineer/Internal Sales, where they focused on reducing costs and ensuring excellent customer service. Barry then worked at American Torch Tip as a Sales Manager, responsible for manufacturing welding and cutting torches and consumables. After that, they served as a Regional Sales Manager at Castolin Eutectic, responsible for sales development and technical support. Barry joined Belzona in 2005 and held various roles, including Senior Field Sales Engineer and Vice President Business Development. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of Belzona, overseeing operations and ensuring high standards of delivery and application for products sold globally. Barry also had a successful stint as the Vice President Technical Sales at Belzona Great Lakes Holdings Ltd., where they transformed the business into a profitable enterprise.

Barry Nisill's education history is as follows:

Barry first attended Glenburn High School from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained their General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE).

After completing high school, Barry enrolled in North West Training Council from 1996 to 1997, where they earned their NVQ 2 in Mechanical Engineering.

Continuing their education in mechanical engineering, Barry returned to North West Training Council from 1997 to 1999, where they completed City & Guilds 2280: Mechanical Production Competence - part 2.

Barry then attended Coleg Cambria from 1999 to 2000, where they pursued a City & Guilds degree in 2280: Mechanical Production - part 3.

In 1997, Barry simultaneously enrolled in another program at North West Training Council, where they completed an NVQ 3 in Mechanical Engineering from 1997 to 2002.

Lastly, Barry attended St Helens College from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an HNC degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Barry has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the NACE International Individual Membership, Industrial Coating Application: Math for the Coatings Industry eCourse from NACE International, Aerial Lifts Certificate from CSC Canada Safety Compliance, Flange Face Forming Validated Training, Nozzle Insert Validated Training, Spray Applicator for Linings - Level 1 from Belzona, and Initial Training Seminar (ITS) from Belzona.

Most recently, in October 2021, Barry became a member of AMPP: Association for Materials Protection and Performance.
