Paola Cusacovich

Paola Cusacovich is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as Gerente de proyecto/ estrategia at Ben & Frank since April 2023 and a Professor of MBA at Universidad de Santiago de Chile since October 2015, Paola has designed a course focused on high-performance team management. Previous roles include Director of Business Development, Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Retail Marketing Manager, and Brand Marketing Manager at adidas from August 2010 to January 2022, where significant achievements included leading strategic execution and marketing initiatives that resulted in increased sales. Prior experiences also encompass positions at NOKIA Siemens Networks as a Procurement Specialist and Sanofi Pasteur MSD as a Junior Product Manager. Paola holds a Master in Marketing Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Universidad del Desarrollo.
