Shelley Horton

Shelley Horton is currently a Senior Accountant at Ben Franklin Transit since July 2023. Prior to this role, Shelley worked at the City of Richland as an Accounting Specialist from December 2016 to July 2023. Before that, Shelley was a Sales Manager at BMW of Tri-Cities for a brief period in 2016. With a background in various roles such as Customer Service at Avis Budget Group, Assistant Manager at Burger King, and Title Clerk at Gesa Credit Union, Shelley has gained extensive experience in different industries. Graduating from Western Governors University in 2024, Shelley also holds a degree from Seattle Central College and attended Richland High School.
