Ap Koray Ozgenc

Koray Ozgenc, LEED AP, began their work experience as a Navigation Officer and Second Mate for D.B. Turkish Cargo Lines from 1988 to 1990. Koray then worked as a Superintendent for Meehan Overseas Terminal from 1990 to 1992, followed by a role as Assistant Operations Manager at Cooper/T. Smith from 1992 to 1995. Next, Koray served as the Director of Operations and General Manager for Federal Marine Terminals, Inc. from 1995 to 2000. Koray then joined AdvanceTEC, LLC as an Operations Manager from 2000 to 2007 before becoming a Senior Project Manager at Skanska from 2007 to 2010. Koray then returned to AdvanceTEC, LLC as the Director of Operations and Partner from 2010 to 2016. Koray continued their career as a Project Executive and part of the Senior Leadership Team at Skanska from 2016 to 2019. Koray then worked as a Project Executive and Senior Vice President, Science & Technology Business Unit Leader at Clayco from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Koray serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ben Hur Construction Co.

Koray Ozgenc, LEED AP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Maritime Logistics, Transportation and Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. Koray enrolled in the university in 1984 and successfully completed their studies in 1988.
