Roger McGinness

Roger McGinness has extensive experience in human resources, having held positions as a Human Resources Director at various companies such as Ben Hur Construction Co., Eliseo, and Discovery Behavioral Healthcare. Prior to this, they were a Human Resources Manager at the U.S. Federal Government. Roger also has experience in management, having served as a Store Manager at Safeway. Additionally, Roger has a military background, having served as a Military Officer and Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army.

Roger McGinness has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Central Michigan University. Roger also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Troy University.
