Selvan Thamarai

Selvan Thamarai is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in prestigious restaurants and hotels. Currently serving as Sous Chef at Benares Restaurant and Bar since September 2015, Selvan previously held the position of Chef de Cuisine at St. Regis Mauritius from September 2013 to September 2015. Other roles include Executive Sous Chef at Leylatty Restaurants and Ballrooms and Sous Chef at The Atria Hotel, among others. Selvan's educational qualifications include a Diploma in Catering from Madurai Kamaraj University and completion of 10th grade at Parivallal Matric.
