Cole Finnbogason

Cole Finnbogason has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Pre-Business Lecturer at Ivey Business School, where they taught introductory business fundamentals courses and received high instructor effectiveness scores. In 2014, they joined Bench Accounting as an Onboarding Specialist, eventually progressing to Sales Operations Specialist, Sales Operations Team Lead, Sales Operations Manager, Sr. Strategy Analyst, Manager of Revenue Strategy and Analytics, Director of Revenue Operations, and finally Director of Business Operations. In these roles, Cole contributed to business strategy and analytics, operations workforce planning, sales forecasting, reporting, pricing, and discount strategy. Cole also developed and implemented pricing and promotional strategies, constructed revenue share models, and managed sales reporting and analytics. In 2020, they briefly joined Fable Home as the Head of Finance & Analytics, where they built a corporate financial model, developed an inventory financing strategy, and led the plan for Fable to receive B-Corp status. From 2021 to 2022, they served as General Manager of BC at Clutch, where they scaled vehicle reconditioning and delivery operations, streamlined costs, and executed procurement strategies. In 2022, they joined Properly as Director of Revenue Operations, where they revamped funnel reporting, transformed the sales process, and led a team of analysts and managers. In 2023, Cole started working at Bench Accounting again as Director of Business Operations.

Cole Finnbogason attended the Ivey Business School at Western University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained an HBA degree in Business Administration. In 2023, they obtained a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce.
