Leila Raye-Crofton has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Leila began their professional journey as a Front Desk Representative at J'Adore Dance in 2014 before transitioning to become the President of the Lister Hall Students' Association in 2015. In 2016, Leila worked as an Eye of the Wind Guide at Grouse Mountain.

Leila then took on a role as a Writer at Wharton Events Management in 2017 and served as a Server at The Rec Room during the same year. In 2018, they worked as a Retail Salesperson and Marketing Assistant at Alley Kat Brewery, where they handled customer inquiries and assisted with organizing creative assets.

Leila expanded their skillset in 2019 by becoming a Delivery and Online Sales Representative at Town Square Brewing Company, where they managed customer service complaints and grew the online sales platform. Leila also worked as a Server at the brewery during this time. In the same year, Leila took on the role of Artistic Director at Ghostlight Theatre Projects, where they wrote and produced plays, created a social media presence, and prepared grant applications.

Leila then joined Bench Accounting in 2021 and held various positions, including Sales Development Representative, Junior Account Executive, Account Executive, and Sales Team Lead - Expansion. Currently, they serve as the Senior Sales Team Lead - Expansion at Bench Accounting.

Throughout their career, Leila has demonstrated versatility, leadership, and an ability to contribute to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Leila Raye-Crofton obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA in Acting from the University of Alberta, where they studied from 2013 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications related to sales and soft skills from LinkedIn, including "Empathy for Sales Professionals," "Virtual Selling for Sales Professionals," "Purpose-Driven Sales," and "Soft Skills for Sales Professionals" in 2018.
