Hilary Bate

Hilary Bate's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Since 2019, they have been working at Bench Accounting, starting as a Client Success Specialist and progressing to roles such as Senior Client Success Specialist, Banking Support Lead & Application Support Analyst, and Product Operations Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead, Product Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Lighthouse Labs as a Student Services Intern and later as a Career Services Coordinator. Hilary also worked as a UX Student Researcher at UBC Student Communication Services. In 2015, they interned at Mother Parker's Tea & Coffee as a Commodities Summer Student.

Hilary Bate obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with a specialization in Cognition and Brain from The University of British Columbia from 2013 to 2018. In 2017, they attended a UX Design Workshop at Springboard and obtained a certification in UX Design. They also participated in an Exchange Program at The University of Queensland in 2016.
