Nicole Allen

Nicole Allen's work experience starts with their most recent role as Vice President at BenchConnect, where they lead the labor solution department for Compass Group in the NYC and Chicagoland markets. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President of Operations at CxRA, where they managed operations and also held the positions of Senior Director and Director. Nicole also worked as a Self Expression and Leadership Program Leader at Landmark Education from 2015 to 2018.
