Laure C David

Laure C David, PhD, is an experienced Implementation Manager and Consultant at Benchling since June 2021, specializing in helping R&D biotech groups streamline data tracking and enhance decision-making processes. Prior to this role, Laure served as a Senior Postdoctoral Scientist at ETH Zürich from September 2015 to May 2021, focusing on starch, a crucial plant compound with significant dietary and industrial relevance. Previously, Laure was a Postdoctoral Scientist at the John Innes Centre, working on wheat seed filling capacity, and completed a PhD at Inra - Institut national de la recherche agronomique, studying nitrogen metabolism in model plants. Laure holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Plant Physiology and Biology from AgroParisTech and has pursued additional education in project management, genetic and plant biology, and cellular biology and physiology.
