Matthew Ho

Matthew Ho is a Software Engineer Intern at Benchling since June 2023 and has been an Undergraduate Researcher at the UC Santa Barbara NLP Group since September 2021, focusing on Question Answering in Natural Language Processing under the guidance of Professor William Wang. Previous experiences include Software Engineer Intern roles at Amazon in the Time and Attendance Organization and ServiceNow in the ITOM MID Server Team, where Matthew designed and implemented a logging utility for security information. Additionally, a Research Intern at the Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy and Asthma Research at Stanford University involved researching cell signaling pathways in Pulmonary Hypertension and analyzing RNA sequencing data. Matthew Ho is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at UC Santa Barbara, with an expected graduation in 2024, having completed high school at Gunn High School in 2020.
