Meghan Bosch

Meghan Bosch is an experienced technical writer with a strong background in content management and customer support. Currently serving as a Technical Writer at Benchling since June 2021, Meghan has transformed the help center by auditing over 200 articles and launching a new troubleshooting section that utilizes the KCS methodology. Previously, at Squarespace from February 2015 to June 2021, Meghan contributed significantly as a Senior Technical Writer and Technical Writer, co-authoring over 150 guides and maintaining accuracy for 1500 customer support macros. Early career roles include Interim Visual Arts Coordinator at Sangre de Cristo Arts and Conference Center and a Curatorial Intern at the Galleries of Contemporary Art at UCCS. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Gallery Management, and Visual Arts from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
