Heather Shaffer

Heather Shaffer is currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager, Inside at Benchmark Education Company. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Director of Inside Sales at Zaner-Bloser from February 2019 to April 2023. Before that, Heather worked as an Inside Sales Manager at Stirling Ultracold, Achieve3000, and McGraw-Hill Education. Heather earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University.
