Dr Cameron Perks

Dr. Cameron Perks currently serves as Product Director and Principal Consultant for Lithium at Benchmark Mineral Intelligence, focusing on direct lithium extraction, lithium metal, and midstream markets. With a strong background in cost modeling and market forecasting, Dr. Perks has previous experience as Principal Analyst and Senior Analyst within the company. Prior to this role, consultancy work was performed at TZMI and CPIM Consulting, specializing in minerals such as zircon and high purity quartz. Earlier experience includes a position as Analyst at Fastmarkets and as a Geoscientist at the NSW Department of Industry. Dr. Perks holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honors in Geology/Geophysics from Macquarie University.
