Heather Conrad is a results-driven Manager with 8 years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare and dental industries. Currently serving as Dispatch Manager at Benco Dental since January 2018, Heather has also held roles as Manager Equipment Coordinators and Strategic Markets Success Manager. Prior to Benco Dental, Heather worked at TMG Health as Director Operations and Manager Workforce Optimization, and at Highmark Health as Performance Improvement Manager. Additionally, Heather spent over a decade at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania as Manager Performance Improvement. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from PennWest Clarion, earned in 2002. Expertise includes leading contact center support services, Lean Process Improvement, Quality Assurance, Performance Coaching, Training & Development, Workforce Management, and Data Analytics.
