Steve Argiriou

Steve Argiriou has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Steve started their career in 1998 with P and worked there until 2008. Steve then joined National Australia Bank as a Manager of Solution Architecture and Design, where they managed a team of 15 Solution Architects and oversaw the delivery of architecture solutions. In 2011, they moved to CGU Insurance as a Senior Manager of Strategy and Architecture, where they were responsible for setting technology strategy and managing a team of 16 Solution Architects. In 2014, they joined IAG as the Head of Hosting Services, overseeing infrastructure, platforms, and automation delivery capability. Steve later became the Senior Manager of Group Architecture, responsible for technology strategy and architecture decisions. In 2016, they joined Cover-More Group as the General Manager of Information Technology and later took on the role of General Manager of Strategy and Digital Platforms. In 2017, they joined Gartner as a Senior Executive Partner, working on advisory services for boards, C-suite, and technology executives. Most recently, they joined Bendigo and Adelaide Bank as the Chief Engineer.

Steve Argiriou completed a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science at Monash University from 1996 to 1997. From 1988 to 1991, they also obtained a BSc (Hons) in Science (Honours in Biochemistry) from the same institution. In 2017, Steve underwent additional training, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Steve has also obtained several certifications, including SAFe 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2017, the Catalyst Senior Leadership Programme from Duke Corporate University in March 2015, and the Senior Leadership Programme from Mindset Matters in March 2012.
