April Rogers

April Rogers serves as Vice President HR Americas at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC since August 2023. Previously, April held positions such as Head of HR for Landing Systems and Interim HR Business Lead at Collins Aerospace from October 2018 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Human Resources at UTC Aerospace Systems and HR Director for the North American Pest Elimination Division at Ecolab, where April provided strategic support for approximately 2,200 associates. April's career also includes leadership roles in HR at The GolfWorks and a strong educational background with an MBA in Executive Leadership from Ohio University and a BS in International Business from High Point University.
