Benefex
Michael Tigwell is the Chief Operating Officer at Benefex since January 2018. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Customer Officer and Head of Customer Success at the same company. Before joining Benefex, Michael was the Head of Service Delivery & Deployment at UKCloud Ltd from October 2017 to January 2018, and as Manager of Enterprise Customer Success at Rackspace from August 2015 to October 2017. With previous experience as the Head of Client Success at Thomsons Online Benefits and Sales Director at Aetna International, Michael has a solid background in customer service and client management. They completed their education at Alton College and Mill Chase School.
