Matt Newmark has extensive work experience in various roles related to IT and software development. Matt began their career as an IT Consultant at Createive Concepts Consulting from 1992 to 1997. Matt then worked as a Second-level Technical Support Specialist at Digital Equipment Corporation from 1997 to 1998. After that, they joined Info Tech as a PowerBuilder Programmer/Analyst from 1999 to 2002, where they worked on the FieldManager software. Matt then worked as a Programmer/Analyst Contractor at Baxter Healthcare from 2002 to 2003. From 2004 to 2016, they served as the Director and Lead SQL Developer for IT Production Support at Change Healthcare, where they managed a team and oversaw support functions for multiple applications. In 2016, they joined HealthStream as a Senior SQL Server Developer and worked on various projects including control centers and universal extracts. Currently, they are the Director of BCI Production Support at Benefit Communications Inc.
Matt Newmark attended the University of Hartford from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Matt then pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Psychology at Illinois State University from 1995 to 1997. Finally, from 1997 to 1999, Matt attended DeVry University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems.
