Megan Fletcher

Megan Fletcher has an extensive work experience, starting in 1994 as a Waitress/Server at ciao bella. In 1999, they worked as a Graphic Designer at WGBH Boston for a few months before moving to Bobbi Brown Cosmetics NYC, where they held the positions of Graphic Designer and later Senior Designer in the Global Creative department. In 2003, they joined Benefit Cosmetics as a Senior Graphic Designer and progressed through various roles, including Lead Senior Graphic Designer, Associate Art Director, Art Director, Senior Art Director, Vice President of the Global Art Department, and currently serving as the Senior Creative Director overseeing Global Package & Product Design.

Megan Fletcher completed their Undergraduate Liberal Arts Studies with a focus on Communication and Media Studies at Stanford University from 1992 to 1993. Megan then pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA in Communication Design at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design from 1994 to 1999.
