Ellen currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Benefit Recovery Group, where Ellen partners with business leaders to provide specific HR solutions. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations with concentrations in Training and Development and Human Resource Management from Le Moyne College, as well as a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Charleston.
