Anant Kumar

Anant Kumar has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Anant most recently worked as a Managing Director at Benefit Street Partners starting in July 2015. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Lazard from November 2013 to July 2015 and at Deutsche Bank from July 2011 to November 2013. Anant also has experience as a Senior R&D Engineer at Nellix Endovascular from March 2007 to July 2009, a Process Engineer at Poly-America, LP from July 2006 to March 2007, and a Graduate Assistant at Stanford University's Salisbury Robotics Lab from July 2005 to September 2005.

Anant Kumar has a diverse educational background. Anant obtained an MBA (with honors) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2009 and 2011, with a focus on Finance, Economics, Accounting, and Analytic Finance. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University from 2004 to 2006. Anant Kumar had completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with distinction from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2000 to 2004.
