Nakita Tak

Nakita Tak has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nakita currently holds the position of Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Benefit Street Partners since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at MUFG Securities as a Human Resources Business Partner from February 2018 to March 2023. Nakita also held the positions of Human Resources Analyst from January 2017 to February 2018 and from November 2013 to December 2016 at the same company. Nakita began their career as an HR Assistant at Gallagher in June 2012, where they worked for a short period of time.

Nakita Tak attended the University of Westminster from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business. In 2011, they also studied abroad at the Copenhagen Business School and received a CERTA (Certificate of Achievement Study Abroad) in International Business.
