Rachel Smedley

Rachel Smedley is the current Chief of Staff at Benepass. Prior to their current position, they held various roles at Form Energy, Inc., Via Separations, and Search Discovery. Most recently, they were a Senior Project Manager at Form Energy, Inc., where they were responsible for pilot operations.

Rachel has a passion for helping others and making an impact in their community. This was evident early on in their career when they participated in the Venture for America fellowship, where they helped build businesses in emerging US cities. Throughout their various roles, Rachel has excelled in data transformation and efficient operations. Rachel has used these skills to drive deeper insights and improved decision making across marketing, sales, finance, operations, and human resources.

Under Rachel’s leadership, Benepass has been able to provide access to quality healthcare for all. Rachel is committed to their work and is always looking for ways to improve the process and help those in need. Thanks to Rachel’s hard work, Benepass has been able to make a positive impact in the lives of many.

Rachel Smedley has a Bachelor of Science in Systems and Information Engineering from the University of Virginia. Rachel also has a certification in Systems Engineering from the University of Sydney. Rachel is also certified in Datorama and Domo from Datorama Partner and Domo Professional Services Consultant, respectively.

Their manager is Jaclyn Chen, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Kabir Soorya - CTO, Rob Marwanga - Director of Growth Marketing, and Daniel Ross - Head of Strategy & Operations.
