As President & CEO of TopGear Strategies LLC since September 2020, Dickerson leads a professional services firm that provides independent advice to help clients achieve their organizational goals. Previously, as Chief Strategy and Operations Officer and Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Consortium Health Plans from April 2011 to January 2019, Dickerson was responsible for profitable growth and advancing sales and marketing strategies for Blue Cross & Blue Shield Plans. Dickerson’s career also includes a tenure as Senior Partner at Mercer, where management of a $50M region and the launch of Mercer Integrated Benefits contributed to the firm's success. Dickerson holds multiple degrees from The Wharton School and the University of Louisville, including a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation.
