Ferdinando Pilli

Ferdinando Pilli has an extensive work experience in the maritime industry. Ferdinando started their career in the Italian Navy, where they served as the Chief Engineer and Commander for 13 years. After leaving the Navy, they worked as a Maintenance Manager at Cartiera Cartocell and then as an After Sales Manager at Cantiere Navale F.lli Orlando. Ferdinando then joined Perini Navi and worked as a Project Manager for four years. Later, they joined CRN Spa - a Ferretti Brand as a Project Manager for seven years before taking on the role of Head of Technical Office at CRN Spa - a Ferrettigroup company. Currently, Pilli works at Benetti Yachts, where they have held roles as Custom Engineering Manager and is currently serving as the Custom Operations Director.

Ferdinando Pilli attended the Italian Naval Academy from 1987 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in Liutenant - naval force. Following this, from 1991 to 1994, they studied Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at the Università degli Studi di Genova.
