What you’ll do:

  • Core owner of all things digital to include SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, and owned web properties.
  • Lead the management of a new paid media agency, overseeing the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Paid Search, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Plan, execute, and measure strategic marketing campaigns, including brand content and product launches, to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and attributable revenue.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation managers and the creative team to strategically plan and execute campaign channel plans, ensuring, brand consistency, alignment with core messaging, and performance attainment
  • Optimize budget planning allocation across core products and global regions, providing bi-weekly recommendations on spend adjustments to maintain needed cost and efficiency metrics
  • Develop and execute holistic digital strategy (web, paid media, content, etc) for new product launches, ensuring clarity and strategic focus.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, providing actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve performance and efficiency metrics.
  • Ensure accurate reporting setup in Salesforce and channel platforms to track win rates, conversion rates, and source attribution.
  • Oversee website management, including content updates, performance monitoring, and technical maintenance.
  • Implement best practices for website analytics to track and report on key performance indicators and continuously identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements.
  • Regularly provide a detailed report including performance metrics, insights, budget updates, and progress towards goals; manage the digital roadmap for upcoming quarters to ensure thoughtful resource and budget allocation as needed

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a track record of driving pipeline and brand awareness through strategic digital campaigns.
  • Expertise in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in using data from Salesforce, Marketo, and ABM tools to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, switching seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, effectively articulating ideas to executives, peers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in developing and optimizing marketing programs across various channels, including SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, owned web properties, events, and account-based marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and Asana is an asset.
