Janelle St. Omer began their work experience in 2007 as a Program Manager at Junior Achievement of Central Ontario. In 2008, they moved on to become a Manager of Resource Development at United Way Toronto. In 2010, they joined TD Bank Group as the Manager of National Volunteer Programs and Community Relations. Then, in 2011, they were selected as a DiverseCity Fellow at CivicAction. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the Director of Corporate Community Partnerships at Volunteer Canada. In 2015, they joined Benevity as the Director of Employee Engagement Solutions. Over the years, they progressed within the company and held various roles such as Senior Regional Director, Goodness Solutions, and Regional Vice President. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Impact & Inclusion at Benevity.
Janelle St. Omer's education history includes studying at York University. Janelle also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Institute of Business and a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Practice from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Talk Mastery from Speaker Labs and The Working Mind Manager Program from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
