Mathilde Pellen

Manager, Client Success at Benevity

Mathilde Pellen currently serves as the Manager of Client Success at Benevity, a position established following the acquisition of Alaya in December 2021. In this role, Mathilde leads a team of 8-9 Client Success Managers and oversees a diverse portfolio of over 100 clients, including globally recognized brands. Prior to this, Mathilde held several positions at Alaya, starting from Junior Account Manager to Senior Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included managing relationships with complex clients and driving client success and growth. Mathilde's experience also encompasses event coordination and business development with AIESEC, along with an internship focused on event marketing. Mathilde holds a Master's degree in Management from HEC Lausanne and has completed additional degrees in international commerce and marketing.
