Selen Erdem

Selen Erdem is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the International People and Culture Manager at Benevity. Previously, Selen held several leadership roles at DocPlanner, including Global Director of HR Projects, Regional HR Director for Germany, Spain, Mexico, and Colombia, and Head of HR for Spain and Turkey. Selen co-founded Yuvako.com, taking on the role of Head of Operations, and also established Mira HR Consultancy as the Founder. Selen holds an MBA from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Public Administration from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi.
