Jim Maynard

Jim Maynard is a sales leader with extensive experience in driving sales development and growth. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Development Representatives at Benify since February 2021, Jim leads a team of 10 SDRs to generate new sales opportunities for International and Nordic Enterprise Sales. In a previous role as an SDR at Benify, Jim was recognized as the top-performing SDR globally and played a key role in accelerating sales growth in UK and international markets by developing effective playbooks and outbound strategies. Prior to Benify, Jim worked at The Claims Bureau Ltd from June 2014 to March 2021 as a Sales Adviser and Sales Team Leader, further honing skills in sales and team leadership.
