Thomas Baldwin

Thomas Baldwin is the current President & CEO at Benihana Inc. and has held previous positions at Baked by Melissa, Flynn Restaurant Group, Zoes Kitchen, and BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group. Thomas has also been a Dunkin Brands Metro NYC Franchisee and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at EveryWare Global. Additionally, they have served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at ROI Acquisition Corp and as a Member Board of Directors at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill.

Thomas Baldwin has a MBA in Finance from Iona University and a BBA in Accounting from the same school. Thomas is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a license from the state of New York.
