We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join the Benivo US team, who will help our clients be successful in using the Benivo digital solution and build strong lasting relationships with our buyers (HR and Global Mobility leaders).

You will join a dedicated Client Success team and act as the single point of contact with your corporate portfolio for all their needs.

In this role you’ll need to:

  • Own and manage the client relationship in a way that cements you as a trusted partner
  • Grow annual recurring revenue for accounts
  • Project manage the implementation of Benivo solutions (often bespoke for each client)
  • Partner closely with Benivo teams (Product, Client Advisor, Content) to translate business needs and product requirements into solutions
  • Identify themes of challenges and opportunities experienced by a range of clients to suggest better scalable solutions
  • Stay informed of product releases, industry trends and updates to best consult clients on opportunities to improve or areas we may add-value
