Yashraj Kesharwani

Yashraj Kesharwani is currently serving as the South India Business Head for Times of India under Brand Estate at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. since September 2025, where responsibilities include leading the South India real estate business, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving growth through media-for-equity models. Prior to this role, Yashraj held positions such as Deputy Vice President of Business Strategy and Marketing at ANAROCK and General Manager of Brand and Marketing Lead at Xanadu. With extensive experience in marketing, business strategy, and sales across various organizations including Shriram Properties, Puravankara Limited, Kalpataru Limited, and Lodha Group, Yashraj has a proven track record in managing high-end luxury segments and expanding market operations. Yashraj holds an MBA in Marketing and Retail Management from the Institute for Technology and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hitkarini College of Engineering & Technology.
