Grant Reeves

Grant Reeves has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Grant currently holds the position of VP, Better Health Plan at Bennie, starting in December 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Sana, where they held various roles including VP, Customer Operations, Head of Customer Operations, Director of Customer Operations, and Senior Manager of Operations from 2018 to 2023. Before Sana, Grant worked at Namely as a Manager of Benefit Operations and Benefits Administration Consultant from 2017 to 2018. Grant'stenure at Benefitfocus saw him take on roles such as Manager of Professional Services and Test Manager from 2012 to 2017. Before entering the tech industry, Grant worked at Primo Water Corporation as an Analyst from 2011 to 2012 and at the Citadel as an Operations Manager and Communications Coach from 2009 to 2010. Grant'searliest work experience was at Anderson University (SC) as an Administrative Assistant in the Admissions Office from 2007 to 2009.

Grant Reeves completed their MBA in Business Administration at The Citadel from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Business Administration and Management from Anderson University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Grant has obtained several certifications from Gainsight, including the Gainsight NXT Journey Orchestrator & Surveys Certificate (Level 2) three times in July 2023, and the Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1) in January 2023.
