Luis Rodriguez

Luis Rodriguez has a significant amount of experience in the restaurant industry. Luis began their career as an Assistant General Manager at Magnolias uptown/down south in 2005 and worked there until 2011. Luis then served as the General Manager at Blossom Restaurant from 2011 to 2013 and at Poogan's Porch from 2013 to 2016. In 2015, they took on the role of Operations Manager at the Pinot Group, overseeing Stars Rooftop & Grill Room and Pawpaw Southern Plates. From 2017 to 2018, Luis worked as the General Manager at Saltwater Cowboys. Luis then spent a year as the General Manager at Eli's Table from 2018 to 2019. Following that, they held the position of General Manager at Pinpoint Restaurant from 2020 to 2022. Most recently, Luis has worked as a Sales Representative at Zephyr Headwear since 2021 and at BenShot since 2023.

Luis Rodriguez has pursued education in the field of food and beverage management. Luis obtained a degree in food and beverage management from the University of the Virgin Islands. Additionally, they acquired a certification as a sommelier from the Court of Master Sommelier.
