Ethan Ley MSc

Ethan Ley MSc is a seasoned researcher with a strong background in agronomy and plant genetics. Currently serving as a Research Associate at Benson Hill since March 2023, Ethan has previously gained valuable experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, focusing on field research related to cover crops and weed management strategies. Additional roles include positions at Nittobo America Inc as a Lab Technician, PowerPollen as a Research Assistant, and a Research Aid at USDA, where significant contributions involved biomass sample collection and analysis. Previous experiences also include research internships at POET and role as an undergraduate lab assistant at Iowa State University. Ethan holds a Master's degree in Agronomy and Plant Genetics from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Biochemistry from Iowa State University.
