Ron Prater

Ron Prater is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in supporting federal, state, and local government branches, as well as not-for-profit organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Bent Ear Solutions LLC since May 2017, Ron has a strong background in strategy development, facilitation, IT systems design, and program office implementation. In addition, Ron has been the Executive Director of Big City Emergency Managers since April 2014 and previously co-founded Corner Alliance, Inc., providing assistance to government leaders. Ron's earlier roles include Senior Principal at SRA Touchstone Consulting Group, Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP, and Program Manager/Senior Engineer at Management Analysis Incorporated. A graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and a master's degree in Engineering Management from The Catholic University of America, Ron's expertise encompasses strategic and competitive sourcing initiatives for government clients.
