Matt Allen

Matthew Allen is a skilled professional with a background in quality control management and laboratory analysis. Currently serving as the Quality Control Manager at Bent Water Brewing Co. since October 2021, Matthew has developed a comprehensive sensory program, collaborated with various teams to create award-winning beverages, and implemented rigorous testing protocols. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Lab Technician at Cape May Brewing Company, where responsibilities included performing QA/QC tests and managing documentation for brewing processes. Additionally, experience as an Hourly Technician in the Marine Fisheries Division of the NJ Department of Environmental Protection involved biological sampling and data analysis. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Towson University, obtained in 2017.
