Hayden DuBois, M.S., ABD, currently serves as a Lecturer at Bentley University, beginning August 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Program Manager for Inclusion, Diversity, & Equity at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where initiatives focused on enhancing Employee Resource Groups and their engagement metrics, and as a User Experience Research & Organizational Insights Intern at State Farm, improving product accessibility. Additional positions held include Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington, Learning and Development Specialist at Noodle, Consulting Intern at The Industrial and Organizational Psychology Center, and various roles in research, operations, and program management. Hayden holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Sociology, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Management at The University of Texas at Arlington.
