Lisa Kenna

Lisa Kenna has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lisa started their career as an Assistant Equestrian Director at Frost Valley YMCA, where they managed a program and supervised staff and campers. Lisa then worked as a Production Assistant at RTE and The Production People before joining Camp Leaders as a Recruiter. Lisa also worked as an Administration Officer at Stragans Consultants & Business Advisors, where they operated accounting software and completed client files for audit. Lisa then joined RTE again as a Researcher/Production Assistant. Lisa later worked at USIT as a Senior International Recruitment Consultant, specializing in work, travel, volunteer, and teaching programs abroad. Lisa then moved to Bentley Systems, where they held several roles, including Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Manager - EMEA, The Americas & ANZ, and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, Global Recruitment. In their current position at Bentley Systems, Lisa serves as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, responsible for hiring talent across various departments and levels. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and project management.

Lisa Kenna attended Manor House School from 1997 to 2003, where they studied English, French, Irish, Maths, Geography, Biology, and Art. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued a BA in Journalism & Communications at Griffith College Dublin, specializing in Communication and Media Studies. In 2017, they obtained certifications in Fire Warden - Marshall Training and Occupational First Aid, CPR & AED Training from Phoenix Safety.
