Liz Tawater

Liz Tawater has extensive experience in various roles, primarily focusing on marketing and communications. Liz started their career as an Assistant Manager at Neiman Marcus, where they supervised a team and managed sales goals and events. Liz then moved on to Sasaki Associates, where they served as a Marketing Manager and Associate, leading a team responsible for winning major business contracts and developing marketing plans. Liz later joined Jamestown as a Creative and Marketing Manager, overseeing marketing strategies for commercial real estate properties. Liz then transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield as a Marketing Director before joining Autodesk as a Marketing and Communications Manager for Customer Success Services. In this role, they led a team focused on content creation, digital strategy, and customer communication. Most recently, Liz has been working at Bentley Systems as the Director and then Senior Director of Success Communications, leading the strategic communications team and driving employee engagement.

Liz Tawater obtained a BA in Women's Studies from Earlham College between the years 1998 and 2004. Liz also holds additional certifications, including Creating a Coaching Culture from LinkedIn (expected completion in 2023), Human-Centered Systems Thinking from IDEO U (completed in 2022), Change Management Foundations from LinkedIn (completed in 2020), and Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci (completed in 2020).
