Nicolas Leclercq

Nicolas Leclercq is a seasoned professional in user experience and design, currently serving as Senior Director of User Experience at Bentley Systems since April 2024. Prior to this role, Nicolas was the Director of User Experience at Guidewire Software, where leadership was focused on customizing solutions for global markets and enhancing digital experiences on the Guidewire Cloud Platform. With a strong foundation at SAP, Nicolas held various positions, including Manager of Agile+Cloud Development Competencies, Chief Expert in Innovation Practices, and Senior Expert in User Experience Design, contributing significantly to cloud transformation and product innovation. Early career experience includes leadership roles in user experience at Microsoft and SAP, as well as design roles at Lumos Inc and Passinglane.
