Ram Pratti

Ram Pratti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ram started their career in 1987 as a GIS professional at the City of Mankato, MN, where they designed and implemented a pilot GIS project for water/sewer/storm. In 1994, they joined Weston Solutions, Inc. and held various positions, including Technical Director and Managing Director. During their tenure, they launched and grew a subsidiary in India, managed global divisions, and served as the SVP and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), overseeing the information technology infrastructure and systems. In 2015, they joined Bentley Systems and has held several roles, including Head of BIM Solutions Advancement, Vice President of User (Customer) Success, COO of Digital Water Works, and their current role as Principal of Portfolio Success for iTwin Ventures, where they work with portfolio companies to maximize their success and drive adoption of innovative technologies. Ram Pratti has demonstrated expertise in digital twin engineering, simulation, asset lifecycle management, and digital transformation services.

Ram Pratti has an extensive education history. In 1987, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Andhra University. Ram then pursued higher education and earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, GIS, and Management Information Systems from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 1994. In 1996, Ram completed two professional and continuing education programs at the University of Washington, specializing in Object-Oriented Requirements Analysis, and Object-Oriented Design and Application. Ram also attended the Columbia Business School, where they recently completed a program on Leading Strategic Growth in 2018. Prior to their university studies, Ram attended the Regional Institute of Education in 1982 and St. Paul's Senior Secondary School from 1976 to 1982. Additionally, Ram has obtained a certification in Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School.
