Vicki Wilson

Vicki Wilson currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards at Bentley Systems, a role commenced in January 2023, where Vicki oversees various HR functions in support of the company's mission to provide software solutions for sustainable infrastructure. Prior to this, Vicki held the position of Director of Total Rewards at CoreSite from December 2020 to January 2023, overseeing compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, people analytics, and facilities. Vicki's extensive experience includes several roles at Crocs from January 2018 to September 2020, where responsibilities centered on global HR systems and payroll, as well as positions at MWH (now part of Stantec) from 2006 to 2018 that encompassed leadership in HRIS strategy, project management, and analytics for various regions. Vicki holds a BA (Hons.) from Sheffield Hallam University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
