Giannina Escobar (Gia)

Gia Escobar began their work experience as a Supervisor at Lassie Pet Grooming Shop in September 2013 and held the position until January 2018. Giannina (Gia) then worked as a Consultant Intern at Bristol-Myers Squibb from June 2018 to August 2018. In October 2018, Gia joined Bentley Labs as an Engineering Technician and later transitioned to the role of Process Engineer in April 2019. At Bentley Labs, they were responsible for transferring new formulations to manufacturing, executing process validations, and performing root cause analysis for investigations. Giannina (Gia) also provided technical guidance, mentoring, and troubleshooting support. Gia participated in cross-functional teams to support process development and tech transfer to commercial manufacturing.
