Lauren Byrd

Lauren Byrd is an experienced professional in customer success and management, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at BentoBox since February 2017, where Lauren has also held the roles of Senior Director, Director, Senior Manager, Manager, Team Lead, Account Manager, and Senior Onboarding Manager. Additionally, Lauren is the Owner of Two Birds Taphouse since December 2015. Prior experience includes General Manager positions at Picca Peru (January 2013 - December 2015) and Fifty Seven Restaurant and Music Venue (August 2013 - August 2014). Lauren completed a degree at Purdue University from 2003 to 2006.
